Terms and Conditions

Bridal bookings are only secure once a non-refundable booking fee of £60.00 has been made. Brides are subject to a trial prior to the wedding date. Please ensure you have this booked three months prior to the wedding. This is not mandatory for bridesmaids or for over sea brides. If you suspect any member of your bridal party may be a challenge in any way, it's encouraged for them to have a trial to avoid potential delays on the day.

The client must make Simone aware of any allergies, skin conditions, health issues or infections prior to the appointment. Should a reaction occur, requiring medical attention or not, it is agreed that she is not legally liable or responsible for injury and/or ailment of any kind.

When booking bridal hair all clients must have their hair washed and dried either the day before or that morning unless discussed other wise. If blow dries are required this MUST be discussed prior to the day. There is an additional cost for this service and a considerable amount of time that needs to be accounted for if this is required the morning of your wedding.

When booking Bridal makeup please ensure that everyone that requires this service has a freshly washed clean face that morning. Any lightweight creams or moisturising lip balms are encouraged to be put on at this time as well. Please ensure teeth have been brushed prior to makeup application.

To carry out all hair and makeup services, Simone will need a minimum of; a cleared table/flat surface to set up on and a chair for the client to sit in. 15 minutes is allocated to set up and be ready in time to start services. If suitable conditions are not provided, Simone will not be held responsible for delays if time is lost due to this. Please try and keep any dress steaming machines away from this work place as it may affect the quality of the service provided.

Due to loss of earnings in the event of cancellation with any notice period after booking, booking fees are non–refundable in all circumstances. Cancellations made within 30 day of the actual date are subject to 100% of final payment. Cancelations made within 60 days of the date are also subject to 50% of the final payment. Final payment is due 1 week prior to event followed by a confirmation email. Simone cannot be held accountable in the event of unforeseen delays on the day that are out of her control. If you are aware of any factors that could delay or hinder her journey, please advise her as soon as possible so she can factor this into her route. Simone will not be held responsible for any unforeseen factors.

Please be assured Simone will go to every length to ensure she never has to cancel a booking, but in the case of a serious emergency she will do her absolute best to source alternative cover. This would be in extreme circumstances only. 100% of your payment will be refunded.
